As with everything we do, we try to offer all our customers a competitive price for a quality product or service, and the same policy applies to our deliveries.
We use leading logistic companies and we can send anything from a small Jiffy bag up to articulated lorry loads. All our parcel orders (1kg – 100kg) are sent via UPS parcel services, and anything above that weight will be sent via our network of pallet service companies.
All parcel orders (1kg to 100kgs) can be tracked via a unique tracking code sent to you when your order has been despatched. If you provide your mobile number when ordering, we will text you when your order has left us - so you are always aware of the status of your order.
For bulk pallet orders (over 100kgs) we will telephone you to advise when your order will be despatched and then our hauliers will then contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.
