WEIGHT CALCULATION
The weights used to calculate orders as BULK or PARCEL may not correspond with the product description size/weight. This is due to the fact that items such as shavings etc; vary in weight due to circumstances beyond our control. Therefore please note that sometimes weights used to calculate order requirements may differ from those in the product description field or actual product weight.
DELIVERY SERVICE (BULK ORDERS)
We will do our best to deliver as close to the property if access allows. We are not able to carry materials up paths or to rear gardens. Access to sites must be on hard roads over which a vehicle can pass without sustaining or causing damage of any kind. It is the customer's responsibility to let us know if there are access difficulties, low bridges, narrow single lanes, weight limit roads, steep driveways or hills.
We make every effort to deliver products ordered on the agreed date, but if for any reason the haulier is unable to deliver then no liability, whether in damages or otherwise, for delay of whole or any part of the goods ordered arising from any cause whatsoever. Deliveries shall be conditional upon access free from encumbrances and good roads being available to the companies vehicles to the place of delivery.
If the haulier cannot gain access to the delivery address then additional costs may be incurred. In the case of kerbside deliveries the customer, or somebody appointed by the customer, should be at the delivery point to accept the delivery.
